These Blue Daisy Sugar Skulls a part of a 2017 Harvest Series. Glass paint gives a similar look and feel of resin or stained glass. This recycled pine panel was retrieved from the barn of a 1931 farmhouse in the mountains of North Carolina in 2014. All glass paint pieces are painted with toothpicks and droppers. This is an original piece of art, a one-of a kind celebration of art inspired by the celebration of our ancestors and life.
